Kate' s Exposition

All fast food is bad for your health because fast food outlets use bad things to make their product.

All fast food is bad for your health, because they use too much oil. Some experts think too much fat gives you high blood pressure.

It’s also bad for your health because fast foods contain too much sodium. According to the findings Hash Browns from McDonalds have 320mg of sodium which causes high blood pressure.

Also it’s bad for your health because people eat too much junk food. According to the Health food Pyramid, junk food should only be eaten occasionally.

If you have too much junk food you get fat. The chiropractors Association say that obesity has doubled over the last ten years so we should take more care

Cassandra's Exposition

All fast food is bad for your health, because it doesn’t give you a balanced diet.

Firstly, some items are cooked in lots of oil which leads to heart disease. French Fries are cooked in lots of oil and may damage your heart.

Secondly, some items contain lots of sodium which causes heart disease. For instance, French Fries have 240mg of sodium which can increase your blood pressure.

Thirdly, some fast food outlets use too much fat which causes obesity. Some items are cooked in lots of fat and if someone eats too much fat they normally get fat or ill. Some experts believe that obesity has doubled in the past 10 years which has causes serious health problems in Australia.

Some people believe it depends on how old you are. For instance some old people don’t need as much energy but thy must eat some healthy items to survive.

Furthermore, some fast food places use too much sugar which leads to decay and other body pains. People put more sugar in an item, so more people buy that item and it sometimes causes some pain in the body.

In conclusion, all fast food is bad for your health because it causes serious health problems.

All fast food is bad for your health because It damages your body.

There is too much fat in fast food which causes high blood pressure and heart disease. According to the findings cheeseburgers from McDonalds have 14g of fat. Some experts believe that a good diet with exercise will help to stop high blood pressure.

Fast food is bad for your health because fast food outlets put too much sodium and oil in it. For example a Big Mac from McDonalds has 190mg of sodium which causes heart disease.

Fast food outlets use bad cooking methods. For example some foods are deep fried in oil. Some dietitians believe that grilling food is better for you.

It depends what is in the fast food and how much you have so we need to have a balanced diet.

Thirdly, fast food has too much sodium which gives you high blood pressure. A Big Mac from McDonalds has 1090 mg of sodium.

In conclusion all fast food is bad for you because it makes you sick.
